ABOUT ME


I am a Certified Health Coach and Yoga teacher trained in the ancient system of Ayurveda and I help you transform your health through strategic time honored practices.

I have deep knowledge of ancient nutrition on how different ingredients interact or complement each other, paired with 13+ years of experience in cooking, food preparation and developing recipes.

After years of struggling with debilitating digestive issues, chronic insomnia, and stress-induced anxiety, I turned to Ayurveda, the ancient system of medicine. Under the guidance of a master teacher, I studied its time-honored principles and applied them to my own life. I underwent a complete transformation—physically and mentally. I healed my digestion, regained my energy, and now, I help others do the same.
